Trainer & Assessor Positions

Essential Criteria:

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Hold the qualification you will be training in or higher with current and relevant industry experience and a commitment to quality and compliance for vocational training
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Current working with children check
Be passionate about their industry and value the importance of quality training for those in the community services sector
Exceptional people and time management skills
Intermediate skills with the Microsoft Office Suite
Be willing to travel to Bacchus Marsh head office


Compliance Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Compliance Officer from the RTO sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Assisting with the management of the organisations ongoing compliance with the relevant state and federal legislation, and state Government Funding Contract (Skills First Program)
  • Conduct planned quality management activities
  • Responsible for monitoring the operational compliance of the RTO to ensure all industry standards, legislation, contractual agreements and strategic plans are met including compliance with regulatory requirements with successful audit outcomes
  • Update, maintain and distribute the Qualification Register
  • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015, Skills First Program Funding Contracts and other government contracts
  • Support the Leadership Team and represent Customised Training during audit or review
  • Conduct regular Student Management System and Learning Management System data quality checks and reports to Leadership Team

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience in a Compliance Role
  • Experience in an RTO or education related environment
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and highly organised
  • Intermediate computer knowledge and skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe
